Lenon Muma is the co-founder and CEO of Investate, a community interest company built to close the gap between talent and opportunity. Since November 2024 it has impacted over 11,000 people across the UK and internationally. He works as a data analyst at a hedge fund, and he builds the infrastructure that lets ambition compound regardless of where someone started.

He speaks internationally. He has been invited to IE University Madrid, featured on global podcasts, and hosted conferences, firesides and panels alongside universities and global employers.

The Start

Lenon was born in Cameroon and spent his first six years in a village in Kumba, before moving to Finland to reunite with his parents. That distance, and what it took to close it, is why the work is about access rather than advice.

It is also why the standard is practical. Young people do not need another motivational talk. They need the CV that passes the screen, the introduction that opens the door, and the room where the decision actually gets made.
